Every Age

Support

Every Age teaches one small step at a time, in one routine, and then tells you whether it worked. It is a tool for the adult. No child ever opens it, and there are no child accounts.

Questions

What does the subscription cover?

The app is free to download, and your first completed week of practice is free. Continuing costs $39.99 a year: a new step to practise each week, and check-ins that show you what's working. It renews each year until you cancel in Settings on your device, or at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Apple sells and bills it, and Apple handles refunds under their terms. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I export or delete my data?

Both live in Settings inside the app, and neither one needs us. "Export my data" returns every morning you rated, the plans you ran, the steps you wrote in your own words, your settings, and your consent history. "Delete my account and all data" removes your account, your child profiles, every morning you recorded, and the text of every step you wrote. Deletion removes the words themselves rather than leaving a marker saying they are deleted, and it cannot be undone. The one thing kept afterwards is your subscription transaction record, the same way any purchase leaves a billing record; it holds no words you typed and no card details. The Privacy Policy sets all of this out in full.

What ages is this for?

Children roughly 4 to 10. The steps are written for typical development across that range, and the app stores an age band rather than a birthday. It makes no claim about what any child should be able to do at any age, and it is not medical, psychological, or educational advice.
